7:13 am	Yesterday I watched a person lie down on an asphalt walkway and then another pour what appeared to be blood on and around him. Then the second person drew an outline in sidewalk chalk around the body of the first. Then they left. I'm not sure that that was legal. (Comment on this)

12:42 pm	A new square of sidewalk was quickly poured for the church, but the Guardian Angel of Sidewalks looked away, and the square has a big "666" in its middle. From the church, though, it looks like a "999" or three commas or maybe apostrophes. Not that punctuation is always harmless. (Comment on this)

2:51 pm	Last night someone stole one of the squares of sidewalk in right front of the church near me. There are expansion joints in the sidewalk, so I guess they didn't need to break the concrete. It doesn't seem like it would be cheaper and easier to steal a section of sidewalk than to just pour some concrete, but I'm not an expert at this. The statues on the lawn were untouched. It's a miracle. (Comment on this)
